Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the DPAssist website handles information sent through its contact form. It is an interim website policy and must be reviewed when the service operator’s legal name, jurisdiction and business contact details are confirmed.

The form can send a name or alias, email address and message to help@dpassist.org. Please do not send files or information you do not want delivered by email.

The website validates the form and a Turnstile security token, then sends one plain-text email to the DPAssist help inbox. It does not create an account, database record, customer portal or website file containing the request. Email is then handled by the recipient mailbox provider under its applicable settings.

The website uses no analytics service and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only third-party component is the Cloudflare Turnstile security check on the contact form, which exists to block automated spam and does not receive your name, email address or message text.
